We are getting a lot of spam messages being filled out from our WP website, even after having captcha code, we are getting tons of spam messages a day, is there a way to stop this?

Have you tried akismet? Blocked every single spam message for my website ^^
Edit: Not sure if you mean spam in comments or spam as in mail, if its mail I would suggest using contact form 7 along with their built in Google Recaptcha.
