When I use a UK based vps for browsing, some services like paypal or ubisoft shop (shop.ubi.com), think that I am from netherlands and not UK, so they block some services, purchases, payments, or I see websites in dutch.
Any idea why they think DO ips are geolocated on NL and not UK?

Doubt that paypal or ubisoft are gonna even read my mail.
If the DO ips are not emulated and they aren’t, would be a lot faster if they contact the database providers or services like paypal directly themselves to ask them to change it I think.
