www CNAME not working in digitaloceon getting 1001 error

I mapped www CNAME to the main site but its more than 48 hr still not mapped and getting 1001 error

DNS resolution error

DNS should have updated after that time. You can use our DNS tool to check if the DNS is configured properly:

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tools/dns

That shouldn’t be the case!

Are you using DigitalOcean’s nameservers?

If you are using other Nameservers, you should update the CNAME there, if you are using DigitalOcean nameservers you should update the DNS record in your Control Panel.
