I wanted my site appears with www and without www. I have modified the .htaccess file to redirect www occurs. Now my site is not working. My website www not working. If I delete httaccess my website if it works, but it works because it shows the site without www. With www not works. It seems as if they were two different sites: one with www and one without www

As stated above it is a DNS problem.
The way I have mine setup is I have a CNAME record for www.mydomain.com
In my VH file for Apache I have a server alias that looks like what i typed above
The server name directive is without www (if memory serves)
