What is the reason for this report?

You eliminated our main drop after 4 years only for 9 days of delay (10 dollars) Losing a customer so easy?

an error in the bank and no email alert and lose a clutch who could not recover the main account of the company with more than 45 clients managed by us on their recommended platform, we are really disappointed.

Wierd, when I goofed paying on another provider they just suspended the VMs and blocked the public DNS. I paid and it started up again immediately.

I seriously recommend looking at AWS, they are doing great work with KVM and make it easy to move your deployment around. Also, I don’t get spam emails from AWS.
