I followed this tutorial to the letter. ==== https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress-on-ubuntu-14-04
Everything went fine until the last step.
after following the instructions i decided to head to my ip from the browser and all i get is an error:
" Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server. Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at (IP ADDRESS HERE) Port 80 "
I have checked the ports and permissions. i have the dns servers set up on my domain registrar… i have the records set up on digital ocean…
the domains set up on digital ocean is an issue… it seems to take forever for them to come off of a droplet when you have to destroy it to start over and you get a new droplet… if i do a who is on my domain it get a "no response from ... a different IP address… so don’t know what that is… propagation or what…
but the not being able to access my wordpress to start building the site is what really concerns me…
is there a permission that is not set up right?
i have checked a rechecked… i would post this directly on the tutorial but for some reason the comments are disabled and i am unable to comment. Justin Ellingwood ( @jmellingwood ) is the one that created the article.
any help here would be really hot…

Hi,
What results do you get if you visit the Droplet’s IP address directly? Are you able to view your site, or do you all get a permissions error?
