Hello,
I decided to sign up to DigitalOcean to get a server. But upon registering (Which I did) it asked for my credit card/Paypal. I gave my Credit card and as soon as I sent my credentials, my account got instantly Admin Locked, I double checked everything and my card should be correct (Checked also if my internet billing is on which it is) So I didn’t understand why I got locked. I contacted support about it, and it has been 6 days already since my original Support ticket (Ticket #3333103) and I still haven’t gotten a response, what should I do? I would gladly cooperate with the support to get my account unlocked.
