I have sign up for the digital ocen and added card , they also deducted amount from my account , after that they redirected to the page that show like this “We cannot offer you access Your account matches patterns often associated with violations of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.” , but i have just paid to digital ocen nothing i have done, what is this ? if i can’t access my account than i can get my amount refunded or not ? what to do ?
