Hello I just registered an account with digitalocean, However immidiately right after a 5$ paypal payment, My account got locked by some unknown staff without any prior explanations and reasons!!! Why should I get locked, without any warnings and without any reasons for nothing??? Also the 5$ is not refunded to my card too!!! The support had also not answered my ticket. What should I do right now!? Would someone please explain this to me!??!??!?!!??

Does DigitalOcean guarantee deleting card details that they are request while signing up?
What kind of company is that? If you don’t want to get new customers, remove the sign up button and stop saving card information. I recommend everyone to use UpCloud.
It seems likely that your account triggered an automated fraud alert. You may have to wait for support to answer to get everything sorted.
If it helps, the worst thing you can do is continually update the ticket as that puts it back at the bottom of the list.
