What is the reason for this report?

Account Locked after payment

Hello! So yesterday I completed creating my account in DigitalOcean and after I put my credit card details it appeared: "Account Locked

We are sorry to inform you that your account has been locked by DigitalOcean." I try contacting support but nobody responded. Is it possible to get a response? Thanks in advance, Nuno.
