What is the reason for this report?

Account locked still being billed

My account is locked support dont answer my request. And i am being billed and my made that account without my permission and now i am being billed and i cannot delete the vm because i cannot acces the account to delete the vm because it is locked and i cannot acces to delete every vm I dont want to be billed resolve this imediately DIGITALOCEAN

This is a public community forum, designed to answer questions about sysadmin, DigitalOcean and related topics. However personal account details for example why an account is locked can’t be answered on here.

Sorry, this does not help you solve the issue, your best bet is the ticket support. Sometimes if you leave a ticket number a MOD can flag it to support.
