Add user phpmyadmin ubuntu

hola , yo tengo un problema al loguear mi usuario root en mi phpmyadmin

mi ip es 162.243.107.50

cuando escribo mi usuario root y password

me aparece esto

Seems an error with the server. My suggestion is install it manually and not use apt-get for this task.
