I want to use Digital Ocean as the managed Kubernetes platform for one of my clusters. However, I want to join some worker nodes from a different cloud platform (Amazon / AWS EC2 instances) to my Kubernetes master nodes.
Is this configuration possible with DO Managed Kubernetes?
The reason I’m asking is because AWS offers ARM-based CPU nodes, whereas Digital Ocean does not.

Hey @trevorsullivan,
I don’t think that this is doable as of the time being, but it sounds like a great idea, sounds like it’d be super useful!
The best thing to do to get your voice heard regarding this would be to head over to our Product Ideas board and post a new idea, including as much information as possible for what you’d like to see implemented.
Hope that helps!
