Adding Credit Card Fails - [Ticket #3344746]

Dear sir Madam,

I did try toadd my credit card and had the following error:

“Looks like you are having an issue adding a credit card. We recommend opening a support ticket to help us resolve this issue with you.”

I figure there is a problem with card limit or alike, can you give me the exact error on bank side? This card is a company credit card and the bank says it is open for use, so I don’t know why the error is.

I opened [Ticket #3344746] but it is open for a while, the help is appreciated!
