Administrator for several droplets. One admin account to log on my customer's droplets.
Hi. I’m a web developer and every time I deploy a project, I ask my clients to register a droplet.
When something goes wrong, I need to contact them, hope they remember they pass, or recover and then resend the emails to me, etc, etc.
Do you have any mechanism so that I could be sort of “admin” for all those droplets? Register my email as alternative email, so that I can talk to support and get direct contact/solutions?
What I do today is that I log in some customer’s droplet and write from there … I think you agree with me that that’s ugly. Thanks.
