anybody having issues getting droplet limit increase

on 05/11/2020, I filled out the form to increase my droplet limit in order to scale my application, I got the turn down for no obvious reason. always the same message, if you feel you need them, contact us. well, I need them, that is the reason I reached out in the first place. anyhow, on 05/12/2020, I replied to the ticket with suggestion that I can prepay for the month for the x-number of droplets I am intending on using. I received a reply back the same day that if I can prepay, they will grant my request. I went to paypal and hold up on my end of the deal, I paid for the full month for x-number of droplets. now, I am waiting for them to honor their part only to receive another message that they can NOT increase my limit for no obvious reason, and that is after I already paid.

I requested to get refunded my last paypal payment as they didn’t honor their part of the deal. they refused to do so and asked to destroy all my droplets in order to get refunded, I mentioned I just want to get refunded the last payment as with the current level I am on, it will be YEARS to use all that money. I just need to get refunded my last payment as we discussed or increase my droplet limit.
