I want to add an account with a different email to the admin of my Dropped, Or this account can see and control the Dropped or manage information. How can I do that?? or any ways to do this thing, please.

You can create a team account and then invite others to manage it with you. Instructions are here: https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/accounts/teams/create/
If you select the option to convert existing account to team in the process, this will include your existing droplets in the team. Otherwise it would be a new account without your current droplets in it.
