If I understand you correctly, you are asking if you stop your droplets and cancel everything you have with DigitalOcean when will it be stopped billing? As soon as you cancel your droplets you won’t be charged anymore.
DigitalOcean billing cycles are monthly. Your account balance accrues over the course of the calendar month based on the cost of the resources you use. We are also required by law to apply taxes for certain countries.
