I’ve just created an Ubuntu 14.04 Droplet. I click on console access and there is a black screen. At the bottom there is “If you see a black screen just click on it and press any key to activate the console window”. I click and press a key and nothing happen. What should i do?

I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team. Since they can view your console and identify the problem it will be much easier for them to help you solve this problem quickly.
It turns out to be my university wifi to block the connection. Try with an Ethernet cable or on another wifi. Otherwise ssh from your computer, this should work in any case.
Mine was easy. I just copied the address of the console on the address bar. I created a new tab and paste the address there and it opened back to where it was. Hope this helps someone
