I have backups enabled, so I have some number of backups of my droplet. Can I use some of them to create new droplet - just like I can do from the snapshot.

To restore your droplet to a backup, go to Backups > Restore from backup in the control panel:
To create a new droplet based on a backup, you must first “convert” the backup into a snapshot. This can be done from the Images page in the control panel:
It will now be available like any other snapshot when creating a new droplet in the Snapshots tab.
