Can I have 2 DNS name's point to different folders in one droplet?

I installed NGINX and have a pretty much static pages. I want to point my DNS hostname to a subdirectory and one to the main top directory. Is is possible to do this on digitalocean?
Testing out if its possible to switch over to digital ocean.

I’m not sure if I understand what you’re trying to do, but my answer would be yes :-)

So you want to do something like this?       would point to /var/www/website    would point to /var/www/website/subdir
