What is the reason for this report?

Can Receive Emails , but can't sent emails to other domains.

I’ve tried adding an mx record to my domain, and tried this :

Still no avail, I can’t send email to gmail, icloud, or anywhere outside the server hosted domain. But if I send email to the server hosted domain it goes trough.

Here’s my mail log :
