have just installed zpanel on ubuntu 12.04. I have set up an ftp account when go to connect filezilla gives me this:
Status: Resolving address of kwicodeservices.net Status: Connecting to 146.185.138.33:21… Status: Connection attempt failed with “ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out”. Error: Could not connect to server
Why is this? Could port 21/20 be blocked, if so how do i check ?

I believe zPanel doesn’t support SFTP connections out of the box so the easiest way would be using FTP. I recommend setting up an SSL certificate so that traffic is encrypted <br> <br>Did you install a firewall on your droplet?
