I’ve installed vsftpd and believe I’ve done so correctly, but I cannot connect to my droplet. What is my URL at digital ocean?

the URl is your ip address. and you shouldn’t have to install a sftp server it works by default. you can connect with sftp using a program like cyber duck to your ip and port 22 unless you changed it and log in with your ssh login.
