COVID 19 and Closed Account

They closed my account and did not return my data

Hello, We are a startup company from Bulgaria. We have been a regular customer of Digital Ocean for three months. One day, we had to change our bank account and debit cards to pay for our services. After blocking the old bank cards, we forgot to update the new card details and our account was admin locked. We’ve entered the latest information, paid the partial invoice for March, but the account is still locked.

We’ve opened a few support tickets, but we’ve only got one succinct and simple answer - we’re fraudsters and you can’t get back into our account. We have asked several times in this case at least to have the Wordpress droplet data we had with you restored to us, but in no way did we receive any assistance - for the third day and five tickets later there was no response or interest on your part .

Please, the situation is really urgent! Our business depends on it! There is a coronavirus epidemic in Bulgaria (COVID-19) and the only way to survive on the market is through our web site, which you killed. If you delete our site and continue to show a similar lack of interest in our issue, we will contact federal regulators for your activity.
