created new droplet form backup, does not have ip, no connectivity

I created a new droplet from a backup 7 days ago.

it has no ip and the eth0 does not configure.

cloud init does not create an ip address.

customer support not responding after 7 days


Can you try to create another droplet from the backup you have?

it is working now. I rebooted it. funny it took 2 reboots to get it to work

it is a dhcp server, maybe they had a problem they are not acknowledging
