What is the reason for this report?

¿Cuál es el tiempo de respuesta de un ticket y qué puedo hacer con un cargo extremadamente alto que no reconozco en mi tarjeta de crédito?

Tengo un ticket porque aparece un monto muy alto en mi tarjeta de crédito que no reconozco, ya que no he usado ningún servicio que pudiera costar tanto. Me gustaría saber dónde me cobraron tanto y por qué. El plan que estoy ejecutando es de 5 dólares por mes, hasta tengo la factura, pero esa cantidad que me están cobrando es extremadamente alta y es imposible que haya aparecido, debe tratarse de un error.
