I did my mistake for not make backup database and re-save old database to new one. Did VPS digital ocean make an daily back up for database in VPS ubuntu…?

Unfortunately, if you haven’t enabled backups from your control panel, DigitalOcean does not make any by default.
The deed has been done however for future disasters I’ll recommend enabling backups on your droplet. Here is the official documentation about it - https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/images/backups/
