Digital ocean locked (Need to unlock)

Hi Digital Ocean,

My account got locked. It takes long time for you to response each time. You are wasting my time. I have urgent situation need to access to the server and now you have locked down. Godaddy and other provider is better. You wasted almost 8 hours to unlock the account. right now still not unlock yet. Other providers never have this issue.

Need to unlock the account.

Our trust and safety team deals with hundreds of issues on a daily basis. You have not provided information on whether this account was locked due to an abuse or billing issue. Our team works to reply to every ticket in a timely fashion. Since you have shared no information here (ticket number, email address on the account) I have no way to provide any guidance on this particular issue.

Why would you use this service? They’re known for having shitty customer support, and randomly locking/deleting user’s accounts.
