Not sure what’s the status now. If I were you, I will try the DigitalOcean build-in Console first, if no output at all, do server power Off & power On.

If still no response from the server console, try “Recovery” boot from Drive/ISO

DigitalOcean sells unmanaged servers, don’t open tickets about server management.

As long as SSH and/or the Console works, you’re on your own.
