Can’t get docker-machine to create new Digital Ocean server with Ubuntu 16.04.

Hello,
This is an issue with a change to default behavior by Ubuntu. It defaults to automatic security updates, and as a result, the lock is left after create.
DO’s 16.04 image has been modified to disable this by default, so you should not see this anymore. If you do, I suggest opening a ticket directly through the “Support” section of the control panel with as much information as you can. This will let our support staff pass it along to our image team to review.
