What is the reason for this report?

Droplet default gateway not answering (neither support)

Our droplet is inaccesible and not answering from outside. Remote console is working, and shows that our default gateway is not responding. Not even ARP.

Ticket opened but also no answer.

Any ideas? options? Thanks!

Hi Bobby, thanks for answering. the ticket is “[#03512763] Default gateway not responding” and it’s still not answered.

But I needed the service so Ive just created a snapshot and recreated the droplet. The new one got a new IP and gw, and working fine. After that I deleted the original.

So, my problem is solved. But DO still have some non working net or gateway, Thanks again
