I can’t access one of our droplets. The dashboard says its active. When i click to see more details, the log shows a lot of Action did not complete. I tried to also do a power cycle but it showed the same thing. Can someone help me figure this out? I posted on their support but nobody’s answering for hours now.

I had a similar problem recently when the NYC2 network went a little wacky. My droplet was shut down (I shut it down from the command line) but the control panel indicated that it was running. I managed to get everything back in sync by performing a power off from the control panel (not a power cycle) and then reboot from the control panel.
If that doesn’t fix it, open a support ticket.
