Droplet snapshot restore fail

I tried to restore a snapshot to another droplet but the error

centos-512mb-sgp1-OLD--512mb-sgp1-01 512 MB / 20 GB Disk / SGP1 - centos-512mb-sgp1-01-1487563586219
Droplet create event failed, please try again

If I try to restore on current droplet …

Hi @riderman I’m unsure if the first line is the name of the snapshot, if it is, can you try to rename the snapshot to just centos-512mb-sgp1-01-1487563586219 ? If that doesn’t help, then you need to create a ticket by click Support in the control panel, since we (the community forum) cannot see what’s going one behind the scene.

I want to restore my droplet “catalogvilla-ubuntu-s-2vcpu-4gb-blr1-01” from “catalogvilla-ubuntu-s-2vcpu-4gb-blr1-01 2019-03-31”. But i am Getting “Sorry! Something went wrong!” Please help me.
