Hi, I want to access the VPS with putty from windows 7 when income, with the username and password sent to me by email, asking me to change the password but when entering the new password I closed putty.
how I can fix this? thanks and regards

If you no longer can login with password that was emailed to you, you can request new root password in droplet’s control panel under “Access” tab.
