What is the reason for this report?

Exim not sending emails - Connection timeout error

Hello community,

I am using Digital Ocean services from a couple of months, From the last couple of days, I am facing issue with Email sending.

I have installed WHM / Cpanel on my droplet.

I am seeing below log in whm

Maybe your SMTP has been blocked for some reason. Did you add new firewall rules or started to use the Cloud Firewall available in the control panel?

If you didn’t do anything with your firewall, then contact Support. Create a ticket with Support in the control panel to get un-blocked.

Same here … no response at all … also no information before blocking !! WTF
