It seems like you don’t have a www.domain.com record. You’ll need add it either as an A or CNAME record pointing to your droplet.
At the moment, the certificate vendor is trying to confirm/authenticate your domain and that the request you’ve sent for SSL issuing is genuine. If they can’t access, make the call to your www.domain.com link, it will fail as it’s not able to authenticate properly.
