I have fatel error or network related error when i tried to connect my sftp? also my site is not working. so i am unable to decide there is a network problem or site problem?

Have you checked if your Droplet is up and running?
Also, I would recommend accessing your Droplet via the DigitalOcean web console and checking if your Droplet has active interfaces:
- ifconfig
