Our company using SFTP method to drop xml file into another service provider server/folder. off late , service provider says, they have not received the file but our Process Integration system (of SAP PI), shows, “Delivered” message and PI team believes when there is a “Delivered” message it is successful, but service provider did not receive. Is this still a good technology ? or is there any acknowledgement process can be implemented in this? Our operating system is Windows.

If you use the correct tools, then you can ensure that the copy actually goes through correctly and with error codes you can then send the correct information to SAP. So without any code or logs, it’s difficult to help further - but it’s perfectly doable. Just sounds like it was integrated incorrectly in your company.
