FRA1 Block Storage has been down for 13 hours. Your last update was 3 hours ago.

I have tweeted you 3 times, and a logged a support ticket.

Am I really asking too much by asking for a meaningful update as to what's going on. I've got live servers and customers who cannot connect.

at the time I posted this DO where just copying and pasting the same "please wait" message over and over again.

They're still not answering twitter or support tickets.

Our 3 web-sites at FRA1 don't work. I mean droplets and volumes. We get only notifications with block storage problems, but turns out that's global problem even with droplets at FRA1

i agree, its ridiculous 24hours down its 2018. companies like godaddy even have better uptime.
no one replies to support tickets, and no support phone numbers. definitely moving my business elsewhere.

website down more then 24hrs, no support response, no ticket response. even when i try to rant here i get Your answer was rejected as spam. Please contact cm@digitalocean.com to appeal.

companies like go. daddy have more uptime then digital ocean... definitely will have to find a new provider. they need to have telephone support. its 2018 and 24hours of downtime?? ridiculous.
