Is there a way to get a license for the limited 3-domain version of Plesk, for free, without having to use one of the Plesk Droplets? It’s a pain to switch from MariaDB 10.1 to MySQL 5.7 on the Plesk droplet – so I’ve created an Ubuntu LAMP droplet and installed Plesk on that (such that Plesk doesn’t touch the preexisting MySQL installation).
Or are we stuck with the Plesk Droplet if we want that free version of Plesk? … I really hope that’s not the case.

Hi @christophercarrc3aa9e62d1a,
Unfortunately, Plesk is a paid platform, here are the prices - https://www.plesk.com/pricing/.
There are other vendors trough which you can buy the license as well however none are free. Unfortunately, there is no going around that and you’ll most probably need to use the Plesk Droplet.
