I followed the instructions and yet im getting a 405 error message when processing the php code and it ask me to download the file.

Can you please provide us with a little more information. What did you try, I take it, it’s a tutorial, can you post is as well? Additionally, let us know how exactly are you getting to that error, what steps are you taking and what PHP code are you executing?
