Hi, I’ve installed openlitespeed droplet and have a wordpress website. Now when I try to migrate a wordpress sql database it’s giving me an error.
I was able to use the same and migrate on another droplet with apache. The wordpress plugin I’m using to migrate is called updraftplus.
It gives me this error on screen when I try to restore the old site. updraft_send_command: error: error ()
Looks like the server is refusing to connect to the plugin. Any help is appreciated.
I’m unable to go the usual route of exporting the DB because the other host is unable to export and times out. The DB is 3GB.
A few lines from the error log.

Hi,
The default Maximum execution time in the php.ini(/usr/local/lsws/lsphp73/etc/php/7.3/litespeed/php.ini) is 360. Not sure where did the 240 s came from. Any way, you can update it to a larger number a try and do killall lsphpnew to restart PHP.
Best, Eric
Tried all that and it did not work. I tried cyberpanel and that would not even allow me to upload a plugin due to max upload limits. I just don’t know how to make it work on Litespeed.
I tried this guide for cyberpanel and that didn’t work. https://cyberpanel.net/docs/4-change-upload-limit-for-phpmyadmin/
Hi @notslow,
It’s hard to diagnosis the issue without more information like PHP info page.
Please report the issue to support@litespeedtech.com with this post link appended and someone will help you to check the issue from there.
You can also direct message me @eric on LiteSpeed Community via Slack
Best, Eric
