What is the reason for this report?

GitHub SSO: Account Locked after adding payment method

Hello, My account (GitHub SSO with 2FA) was automatically locked after adding a payment method.

I’ve created two tickets (03336881 and 03335989), and neither has been answered, at all, in nearly a week.

Are there easy/self-service ways to request an account unlock? Or am I at the mercy of an extremely busy support team?
