Great question. This occurs most commonly in two situations:

  1. The user’s browser has cookies disabled and the signup page is unable to track the promotion.
  2. The user has signed up using someone’s referral link after having visited the promo page.

In the case of this specific promotion, it is all automated and we do not have tooling to manually apply it under it’s original conditions (expiring after 60d). Customers are welcome to reach out to our support team to discuss it here:
