The idea of my website is to provide the best video games download links from other website like (torrnet, direct-download links) and provide a links to buy the games from their offical websites … I will not host any video games or upload on my website , i will just provide the best download links from other external hosted links… so is this againts TOS ?

Correct me if I’m wrong but it sounds like you’re talking about linking to pirated material without actually hosting it. The only way to get a complete answer to this would be to take our terms of service to a legal specialist who specializes in US law, and ask them for their thoughts. We’re not really able to provide legal advice in that capacity.
The less complete answer is me sharing my personal opinion, my employment set aside for a moment. I would personally avoid this. I do not believe that this could financially justify the cost of any legal defense.
