How about the "Personal Data Act" and an agreement to now share personal data

Posted on March 3, 2015

Hi.

We have laws and regulations in Sweden regarding personal information. So called “Personal Data Act”. http://www.datainspektionen.se/in-english/legislation/the-personal-data-act/ How does Digital Ocean behave according to this? I know that Microsofts cloud based services Azure, comply to this. Do DigitalOcean comply to this also?

Best regards

Micke

We do not have a policy specific to the Swedish Personal Data act as we are a US based company with no operations in Sweden. You can review our full terms and privacy policies here.
