Hi there @jasonhoosier,
Regarding the access back to your account, in our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)
Regarding the access for your developers, what I could suggest in your case is creating a Team.
Teams are useful for project leaders and business owners who want to share control of server infrastructure with developers, financial administrators, and other collaborators.
You can create multiple teams and there is no limit to the number of members a team can have. Each team is billed separately and has its own payment information.
For more information on how to do that you could take a look at the official documentation here:
https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/accounts/teams/
Regards, Bobby
