I seem to have been charge for your services without my permission. I am writing as this seems to have happened to me before with US vpn services. I am very concerned as you have no telephone number that I can ring. I am getting in touch with my credit card company to query the charges. Can you please confirm the fact that I signed up with you and verify the use of the service. I will be pushing for a refund and I will be taking this service unless I get verification of sign up.
