I already tried like 2 or 3 tutorials including this one (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-create-a-self-signed-ssl-certificate-for-apache-in-debian-10#step-2-—-configuring-apache-to-use-ssl) but i am not able to make it work, when i am at step 3 it starts to tell me “command not found” and i am not able to make it work,

In step 3 you are asked to adjust the UFW, but if you do not have this installed, then you can go ahead and skip the step.
If you have another type of firewall like CSF for example, you would need to adjust the rules there, but if you don’t have any firewalls enabled, then you can just skip that step.
